Participants pay registration fees (see fee overview). Invitation to any of the event sessions or any other contribution to the congress does not waive the payment of the congress registration fee nor any other related expenses to any invitation. Prices in EUR (€) per person.

Full Conference (all days) The registration fee includes attendance to the conference sessions and the exhibition, all documentation, coffee breaks and lunches as listed in the programme as well as the indicated evening functions. Participants are requested to tick boxes corresponding to their attendance to sessions, side events, visits and meals. Please note however that the tours have a limited capacity. Priority will be given to those who register early.

Policymaker

This category is reserved for employees of EU Institutions, a national/ regional government department, ministry or embassy. This category does NOT include utilities or operator representatives even if those are fully municipally or state owned. Civil servants even if payed for by the regional/local authorities and seconded to a company or association are not eligible. Limited to a maximum of two (2) persons from the same organisation/institution. To qualify for this category please send an email to adato with the delegate’s details to request the discount code, otherwise the “Not a Member” fee will be charged. Failing to enter the sent discount code and paid participation will not be reimbursed. This category does not include evening functions, tickets may be purchased separately.

Press / Journalist

Please send a recognised press card to adato to qualify for this category and receive the discount code, otherwise the “Not a Member” fee will be charged. Failing to enter the sent discount code and paid participation will not be reimbursed. Limited to a maximum of two (2) persons from the same organisation/publication. This category does not include evening functions, tickets may be purchased separately.

Speaker / Chairman

Participant fee applies unless differently comunicated by the event organiser. Speakers or moderators having paid their registration and failed to enter the sent discount code will not be reimbursed. Please contact adato to find out more about speaker/moderator registration modalities.
